Hi! I'm Chelsi. 

I didn’t start my career in fitness; I actually went to school for architecture and building technology with plans to work in construction. But a few years in, I knew it wasn’t my path. I kept finding myself drawn back to movement, coaching, and helping people feel strong. I was a gymnast growing up, then got into CrossFit, and I was always the friend people brought to the gym to fix their form and build them a program. Looking back, this was always where I was meant to end up.

Now, I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Movement Specialist, and two-time 200-hour Yoga teacher, and I get to do the work I truly love: helping busy humans carve out one solid hour for themselves. My sessions feel like training with a friend; we move, we talk, we laugh, but I’m also intuitive and direct when it comes to giving you what your body needs. Some days you’ll walk in ready to push hard. Other days, you’ll need something lighter. I can read that the moment you step through the door.

My coaching style blends strength, mobility, and functional movement with an emphasis on making fitness fit into your real life. No pressure. No overthinking. Just intentional training that helps your mind and body reconnect so you can walk out feeling better than when you walked in.
