Personal Training​

This is for you if you want training built entirely around you.
Every session is customized to your body, your movement patterns, and what you need that day — while still progressing you toward your bigger goals.

Whether you train once per week or multiple times per week, your program evolves as you do. I prioritize quality movement, proper form, and smart programming, adjusting sessions based on your stress levels, recovery, and overall capacity that day.
​
The goal is simple: training that feels supportive, effective, and sustainable — not forced.
This option is ideal if you want hands-on coaching, clear direction, and consistent accountability.​​
​
Virtual Personal Training​
​
Personalized coaching with built-in flexibility.
​
This option is perfect if you want expert guidance but need to train from home, an office gym, or while traveling.
You’ll still receive one-on-one coaching — delivered virtually in real time. I guide you through each session, cue your form, adjust exercises on the spot, and program around the equipment you have available.
​
Workouts are adapted to how you’re feeling that day while keeping your long-term plan on track.
Virtual training is a great fit if you want structure, support, and accountability without being tied to a physical location.

Semi-Private Training (2 People)​
​
Train together. Get coached individually.
​
Semi-private training is designed for two people who want to share a session while still receiving personalized coaching. You’ll train side by side, but each of you will follow programming tailored to your own abilities, needs, and goals.
​
You can train once, twice, three times per week, or more depending on your schedule.
​
Sessions are structured so both people feel supported, appropriately challenged, and coached safely with the added motivation and accountability of training together.​

Small Group Training (3–8 People)​
​
Thoughtful programming meets high-energy training.
​
Small group sessions are designed to accommodate different experience levels, with clear instruction, demonstrations, and movement options provided throughout.
​
You’ll benefit from the energy and accountability of a group setting while still receiving coaching cues, form corrections, and hands-on guidance during the workout.
​
This option is ideal if you enjoy community and group energy, but still want intentional, well-coached sessions.

90-Day Personalized Coaching Program
This 90-day program is designed to build real momentum.
​
I create a fully customized training plan and provide weekly check-ins to guide your progress, adjust as needed, and keep you accountable. Over these three months, we focus on building strength, consistency, and habits that set you up for long-term success.
​
This isn’t a quick fix or a reset. It’s a focused 90-day phase designed to create meaningful progress while building the foundation for what comes next.
​
Why Having Me Matters
This program isn’t completely hands-on, but it isn’t self-guided either.
​
You’ll follow a structured, personalized plan, with weekly check-ins to review your progress, answer questions, and make adjustments based on how your body is responding and what’s happening in your life.
​
I don’t spoon-feed or overwhelm you. You’ll receive clear, digestible guidance that builds your knowledge and confidence over time. Habits are introduced gradually so they’re realistic and sustainable. You won’t need to overhaul your entire lifestyle overnight consistent, intentional effort is what drives lasting results.

The goal is not just progress during these 90 days, but equipping you with the tools and understanding to maintain and build on that progress long-term.

The Foundation Series is designed to stand on its own as a complete phase of coaching.

At the end of the 90 days, you can choose to continue into the next phase to build on your progress, refine new goals, and deepen your results, or take what you’ve built and move forward independently.​
The Foundation Series

The Motherhood Series
Pre- and Postnatal Strength Coaching
​
Pregnancy and postpartum bring significant physical and hormonal changes, your training should reflect that.
​
The Motherhood Series is designed to support you through every stage, whether you’re preparing for birth, currently pregnant, newly postpartum, or further along in your recovery. This is intentional, informed coaching focused on rebuilding strength, improving movement quality, and restoring confidence in your body.
​
During pregnancy, sessions prioritize core support, pelvic floor awareness, posture, breathing mechanics, and strength that supports your changing body. Training is adjusted to meet you where you are, accommodating energy levels, symptoms, and trimester-specific needs.
​
Postpartum, the focus shifts toward rebuilding from the inside out. We work on reconnecting to your core and pelvic floor, restoring stability, correcting movement compensations, and gradually progressing back into full-body strength training in a safe and structured way.
​
This is not about “bouncing back.”
It’s about building forward.
​
Every program is customized to your stage of motherhood, birth experience, recovery timeline, and overall goals. Sessions are coached with care and attention to detail so you feel supported

The Collective Series
Group Training Programs

The Collective Series is a set of independent, 4-week in-person group training programs, each focused on a specific goal. Whether it’s bodyweight strength and conditioning, prenatal fitness, postnatal recovery, or functional movement for healthier joints and spine, each series is designed to help you build skill, strength, and confidence over four weeks.
​
Sessions are held in small, supportive groups, giving you individualized coaching, movement guidance, and personalized cues. Training alongside others also gives you the opportunity to connect with people working toward similar goals, creating a motivating and community-focused environment.
​
New 4-week series are offered periodically, so you can choose the program that fits your current goals and interests. Spots are limited to ensure a high-quality coaching experience.
​
The Collective Series is ideal if you enjoy community-based training, want structured progression over a short timeframe, and value the opportunity to meet and train with others who share your fitness goals.
