Cancellation Policy
Registration & Payment Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot in the 4-week series. Your registration confirms your commitment to the full program. Refund Policy All registrations are non-refundable. Due to limited spots and the structured nature of the series, refunds or credits are not provided for missed sessions. Attendance Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to each class to allow time for check-in, setup, and a proper warm-up. Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Missed Classes If you are unable to attend a session, the class is forfeited. Make-up sessions may be offered at the coach’s discretion when available, but are not guaranteed. Health & Safety By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to engage in exercise. It is your responsibility to inform the coach of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or concerns prior to the session. Series Structure This is a progressive 4-week program. Each session builds on the previous week to support safe and effective progress.
