Service Description
Personalized coaching for pregnancy and postpartum that supports your body through every stage. This consultation is a chance to discuss where you are in your motherhood journey, your goals, and how training can help you build strength, stability, and confidence safely.
Cancellation Policy
Session Packages Personal training is offered through pre-paid packages of 4, 8, or 12 sessions. All sessions must be paid in full prior to the start of the package. Packages are non-transferable and intended for use only by the registered client. Package Validity All session packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred. Scheduling & Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Late Arrival Policy Sessions will end at the scheduled time even if the client arrives late. If the coach must cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled at the client’s convenience. Health & Safety Clients are responsible for informing the coach of any injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns that may affect their ability to participate in exercise. Pregnancy & Postpartum Health Clients confirm they have been cleared for physical activity by their healthcare provider when appropriate and will inform the coach of any medical conditions, symptoms, injuries, or changes in health that may affect their ability to exercise. Training will be modified based on pregnancy stage, postpartum recovery, symptoms, and individual needs. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for communicating any discomfort, pain, pelvic floor symptoms, or concerns during sessions to ensure training remains safe and appropriate. Liability Waiver By participating in training sessions, the client acknowledges that physical exercise carries inherent risks. Participation is voluntary, and the coach is not responsible for injuries or health complications that may arise during training.
